I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room, designed by local artist Jitsing, had a unique touch with abstract art on the 5th floor. However, the room felt stuffy despite running the A/C for hours. The service was exceptional, particularly from the Food and Beverage Manager and Front Office Manager. The location was ideal, tucked away in a quiet soi yet close to the vibrant Nimman area. The dining options were diverse, offering a great selection of Western and Asian choices.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were modern and cozy with artistic decorations, making them incredibly comfortable for two people. Plus, being on the 8th floor offered a stunning view of the city. The service was top-notch, with the Jarid restaurant being friendly and attentive, and the staff going above and beyond to assist us. The location was perfect, close to our favorite cafes and not far from main attractions. While the dining experience was good, it could be elevated to match the excellence of the rest of the hotel.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and quite comfortable, the service was top-notch, and the location couldn't have been better. The dining options were varied, but the facilities were just average. Overall, a great value for money.
